What the walkthrough shows

Choose a cluster configuration. Start from an approved template and review the settings available to the engineer.
Review the estimate. Check the expected OCI resource cost before starting provisioning. Oracle bills cloud usage separately.
Follow the deployment. See the provisioning workflow and Terraform execution logs in the portal.
