These terms govern use of the public Infrayard website and documentation. By using the website, you agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, scrape it aggressively, or submit false or unlawful content through forms.
Product information
Website content, product descriptions, roadmap items, pricing, support descriptions, and availability statements are informational. They do not create a binding commitment unless confirmed in a signed agreement, accepted order form, paid invoice, or written commercial terms from Solvia Lab s.r.o.
Commercial access
Evaluation, Business, Enterprise, and Founding Customer access may be subject to separate license terms, invoices, order forms, usage restrictions, support terms, and payment conditions. Infrayard is commercial software and is not granted for redistribution or managed-service resale unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Roadmap and AI features
Roadmap items, including Gatekeeper AI, OCI Generative AI or OCI Enterprise AI integrations, Oracle AI Database or Autonomous Database deployment options, cost watcher, policy guardrails, drift detection, access agents, remediation workflows, multicloud governance, external cluster inventory, and non-OCI cloud provisioning, are forward-looking and may change. Do not rely on roadmap items for procurement unless they are included in a written agreement.
Intellectual property
Infrayard, website content, documentation, product names, logos, screenshots, and related materials are owned by Solvia Lab s.r.o. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, resell, or redistribute them except as allowed by written agreement or applicable law.
No warranties
The public website and documentation are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We try to keep information accurate, but we do not warrant that the website is error-free, uninterrupted, or complete.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvia Lab s.r.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
