Infrayard is commercial software deployed into the customer environment. Business can be purchased monthly or annually. Subscriptions and registry access are arranged directly with Solvia Lab through a commercial order and onboarding.
Business pricing#
| Billing option | Price | Commitment and payment |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | €3,000 per month | One billing month, paid in advance |
| Annual | €30,000 per year | Twelve months, paid upfront; equivalent to €2,500 per month |
Annual payment saves €6,000 compared with twelve monthly payments. Oracle Cloud usage is billed separately by Oracle. Any applicable taxes and the contracted deployment scope are specified in your quote or invoice.
What your subscription covers#
Business includes the commercial production subscription for the agreed installation scope, released images and deployment assets, core OKE lifecycle workflows, templates, role-based access, resource limits, protected requests, cost estimates, execution logs and activity history. It includes an onboarding workshop and email support.
Business support has a 48-hour response SLA during the business hours defined in the agreement. Response is not a guaranteed incident resolution time. Your order identifies the covered installation and tenancy scope, support calendar and authorised contacts; this website does not imply unlimited installations, tenancies or managed-service resale.
The customer operates the installation, OCI resources and workloads unless additional assistance is agreed. See operations and responsibilities.
Founding customer offer#
The first 5 qualifying customers receive 40% off Business for their first 12 months.
| Billing option | Founding price | First-year comparison |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | €1,800 per month | Twelve payments total €21,600 |
| Annual | €18,000 for twelve months, paid upfront | Equivalent to €1,500 per month |
The founding period begins when the production subscription starts. Monthly billing keeps the monthly cancellation option; it does not create a twelve-month minimum. The discount ends after the first twelve months and does not restart after cancellation or a billing change. Qualification and availability are confirmed in the order.
The order states the standard renewal price in advance. Current standard Business rates are €3,000 monthly or €30,000 annually; any later change must follow the terms and notice in that agreement. Founding access is to the available Business product. Feedback sessions are available directly with the founder. Public case studies require a separate agreement. Planned features are not guaranteed by participation.
Enterprise#
Enterprise starts from €6,500 per month. The proposal defines billing cadence, commitment, covered scope, deployment assistance, response times, escalation arrangements and any procurement or delivery requirements.
A price shown per month does not establish an Enterprise cancellation right or a particular SLA. Those conditions are agreed in the proposal. Discuss your requirements.
Evaluation#
A paid evaluation is optional. After a demo and prerequisite review, a customer can start a monthly production subscription directly.
The optional guided evaluation costs €1,500 for 30 days in your own tenancy, for non-production validation. Agree scope, success criteria and environment readiness first. The window starts when the agreed prerequisites are ready and the evaluation is activated.
The evaluation includes a guided deployment session, evaluation instructions, time-limited registry access and business-hours email support. Oracle usage remains payable to Oracle. Evaluation access ends with the agreed evaluation period; production use requires a production subscription.
The full evaluation fee is credited once against your first production invoice if the production order is accepted within 30 days after the evaluation ends. This applies to monthly or annual Business, qualifying Founding Business or an agreed Enterprise order. The fee is not described as a refundable deposit. Discuss an evaluation.
Change from monthly to annual#
You can request an annual term after starting monthly. Agree the transition date and credit for any unused, already paid subscription time before the annual invoice is issued. The annual term then runs for twelve months from the agreed start date. A billing change does not restart the founding discount period; any founding-period transition is documented in the revised order.
Cancellation and offboarding#
Monthly Business can be cancelled before the next renewal by contacting hello@infrayard.eu. It ends at the close of the current paid billing period. Annual subscriptions cover the full paid twelve-month term. Refunds, Enterprise commitments and any exceptional termination rights follow the signed commercial terms.
Agree offboarding before access ends, including required configuration, operational records, Terraform state and supported credential handover. Production licence rights, updates, registry access and support follow the entitlement period and the agreement. Do not assume that cancelling the software subscription deletes or stops OCI resources; Oracle usage charges continue for resources left running.
Licence and delivery#
The commercial agreement governs production rights, deployment scope and restrictions. Standard delivery includes released images, registry access, Helm deployment assets and documentation. Product source code and release automation are not included unless separately agreed. Managed-service resale and redistribution require explicit written permission.
This public website and documentation do not grant an open-source or Business Source License to the commercial product and do not change rights granted under any separately issued licence. See the website legal notice and your commercial agreement.
